How to Connect of Blind Joint Parts
* A Torx bitis required to tighten the tapping Blind Joint Parts.

The tapping Blind Joint Parts is used to fasten the screws while tapping.
It requires a lot of force because the aluminum is cut while it is inserted and fastened. A Torx bit is used instead of an electric drill bit to fasten the screws.
In addition, to fasten two aluminum frames in an L shape, a wrench hole is required in one of the aluminum frames. It
can also be fastened in a T shape by specifying a wrench hole in a specified position.

■ How to make the frame cap flush
The length of the aluminum frame is shortened by the thickness of the frame cap.
*Additional processing (FR/FL) for "thickness of 2.5 mm" is not currently supported.
C: For the thickness of the frame cap, specify the protruding
model HFS6-3030-300-RCV-LCV and 300 mm long wrench holes on the left and right.
D: For the frame cap, specify the model HFS6-3030-294-RCV-LCV-FR-FL, which does not protrude and is flush with the surface,
shortening it by the thickness of the frame cap .
