Specifications/Overview of Nuts

  • Workpieces such as slide guides can be attached to the frame at any pitch.
  • This Nuts product is available in first-in and last-in versions. Please use it according to your needs.

First-in: Install from the end of the groove before assembly. It is wide and has little play inside the groove, making it easy to tighten the Nuts.

 

Post-insertion: The Nuts Can be installed through the groove after assembly.

■ Selection Nuts method (linear guide installation)

① Select the linear guide.
② Specify the L dimension, M diameter, N dimension, P dimension, and S (number of taps) of the long Nuts to match the linear guide.
③A parallel chamferedaluminum frame is recommended. * The length of the frame should allow some leeway in the length of the connection part. ④ Select the Nuts based on the M diameter and thickness of the linear guide and long Nuts.
