  • Nuts with thread locker applied on the inside of tap. Reduce loosening caused by vibration during transportation and operation of equipment.
  • Resin Coating: Resin is coated along the threads. Although the thread locking effect may be less than adhesive type, it can be used repeatedly without hardening time required.

■Difference between Pre-Assembly and Post-Assembly Insertion

·MISUMI offers variety of Pre-Assembly or Post-Assembly Insertion Nuts for Aluminum Extrusions. Select an applicable type specific to your application.
Pre-Assembly: Insert from the slot ends before assembly. Large width causes less plays in the slots, making screw tightening easy.

■If the aluminum extrusion is stuck and cannot be removed

It can be removed by hooking a hex wrench into the hole in the nut and turning it at a right angle to the groove.
