This type is made of the same material as the aluminum frame and has been anodized. This is effective when you want to unify the appearance with the frame.

Technical Information of 90 degree Brackets

■ Perpendicularity of 90 degree Brackets

The squareness of the extrusion brackets is manufactured within a tolerance of ±1° based on the JIS standard H4100 special grade.
If squareness is important, please see the square-angle processed type . (Available for both the 8 series and 8-45 series, squareness of 0.03 and 0.06.)

■ 90 degree Brackets allowable load concept

As shown in the left figure, two frames are set up, a frame is placed between them, and two brackets are attached underneath, and the allowable load per unit is shown. The allowable load
here indicates the load at which the bracket can maintain its position (without breaking or slipping) when all mounting holes on the bracket are fixed with bolts and a load is applied.
