This product is a pre-insertion Nuts. Please insert it into the aluminum frame before use.
Insert it with the convex side facing down.

■Nuts Compatible series
This Nuts is compatible withMisumi 6 series (groove width 8 mm) aluminum frames.

6 Series

■ Nuts Difference between first-in and last-in

・MISUMI aluminum frame Nuts are available in a variety of types, including first-in and last-in. Use them according to your needs.
First-in: Install from the groove end face before assembly. They are wide and have little play inside the groove, making bolt tightening easy.

Post-insertion: The Nuts Can be installed through the groove after assembly.

■ If the aluminum frame becomes stuck and cannot be removed

To remove the Nuts, hook the hex wrench into the hole in the Nuts and turn it at right angles to the groove.

■ Measures to prevent Nuts from falling

If the Nuts fall off when the aluminum frame is placed vertically, attacha pre-insertion stopperbefore inserting them into the groove.
Temporary locking Nuts (with spring and plastic non-slip) are also available.
