Supported Frames of Angular Brackets
-Only usable with6 series 30 x 30 mm .
Selection Method of Angular Brackets
○No clamp lever type
- Products without clamp levers (HBLTBBN, HBLTBA) are one model for one side of the frame.
Please select two models according to your application and use them in combination. - The side of the frame is connected with the free Angular Brackets nut set (SET1, SET2).
- On the frame cross section side, S-shaped holes are drilled into the frame, and the free Angular Brackets is connected with a pre-assembled double joint set (SET).
Clamp lever type
- Angular Brackets Products with clamp levers (HBLTBC, HBLTBD) are for double-sided use, so two frames can be connected with one model.
For types with clamp levers, please select a set of joints and nuts that connect the cross section and side (SET3, SET4) or a set with joints on both sides that connects cross sections together (SET5).
If connecting to the cross section side of the frame, S-hole processing is required on the frame.

How to Use of Angular Brackets
(1) Prepare two HBLTBBN30-SET frame cross section + frame cross section mounting sets and
an aluminum frame with additional S-shaped holes.
Connect them using the pre-assembled double joints and bolts from the HBLTBBN30 SET.

(2) Frame side + frame cross section installation
Attach HBLTBA30 SET1 or SET2 to the side of the frame with a nut. Attach
HBLTBBN30 SET to the frame cross section by adding an S-hole to the frame and connect with a pre-inserted double joint.
(For types with clamp levers, connect the frame side and cross section with HBLTBC30 SET3 or SET4.)
