• By using HNTHSN6 instead of HNTTSN6-5 in Method 2 for using a first-in double Blind Joint Parts connection at a corner ,
you can use a first-in double Blind Joint Parts at the corner of the frame.

② Insert the pre-assembly nuts into frame Ⓐ in advance.

Insert bolt ③ into frame Ⓑ with hole S.
Pass the head of the bolt through hole S and
raise the bolt along the groove in the frame until the bottom end of the bolt is above hole S.

Insert the first-in double Blind Joint Parts ① into the frame Ⓑ with the bolt passing through .

Pass the bolt through the hole in the pre-assembled double Blind Joint Parts inside the groove of frame B.

Place frame B on frame A,
and slide the pre-insertion nuts and bolts from both sides
to connect to the double Blind Joint Parts ①.

Tighten while adjusting the position with a hex wrench.

Connection method: Extension of Blind Joint Parts

[Method of adding additional work to the frame]

Example: When adding a 1000mm aluminum frame to a 4000mm aluminum frame with a cross section of 30x60

1. Drill S holes horizontally on the right side of the 4000mm aluminum frame.2
. Drill D holes horizontally on the left side of the 1000mm aluminum frame.3
. Prepare pre-fit double Blind Joint Parts for the number of S holes.4
. Prepare pre-fit double joint nuts for the number of D holes.5
. Prepare 2 hexagon socket bolts for the pre-fit double Blind Joint Parts.6
. Pass the bolt (5) through the pre-fit double joint (3).7.
Insert the head of the bolt (5) into the S hole, then insert (3) into the S hole.8.
Insert (4) into the D hole of the frame (2) so that the tap is level with the groove.9.
Fasten to (4) with the bolt installed in (7). Do this for the number of grooves on both sides.
