How to Use of 90 degree Brackets

Features of 90 degree Brackets: This type has a protrusion that fits into the frame groove.
The protrusion acts as a rotation stopper during fastening work, making it easy to work with.

Technical Information of 90 degree Brackets

■ 90 degree Brackets allowable load concept

 
 
As shown in the left figure, two frames are set up, a frame is placed between them, and two 90 degree Brackets are attached underneath, and the allowable load per unit is shown. The allowable load
here indicates the load at which the 90 degree Brackets can maintain its position (without breaking or slipping) when all mounting holes on the bracket are fixed with bolts and a load is applied.

How to Install the Washer Bolt (-SEC) of 90 degree Brackets

■ How to install bolts with spring washers (-SEC) of 90 degree Brackets

This product requires more care when tightening than other series of spring washer bolt sets, as the bolt head interferes with the bolt.
We will introduce how to install it.

 

STEP 1 Installation sequence

STEP 2 Tightening the hexagonal bolts

Of the two holes, installation will be done through the hole mentioned above.

 

STEP 3 Adjust the position of the spring washer on the bolt

Then, press down on the spring washer part of the bolt with your hand.If you leave it in this state when you try to tighten the remaining bolts
, the heads of the previously tightened bolts

STEP 4 Tighten the hex bolt.
Finally, tighten the hex bolt by twisting it.

As you can see, care must be taken when attaching the washer.
In cases where it is difficult to pre-tighten one side, we recommend using the following product.
