How to Use of 90 degree Brackets

Features: This type has a protrusion that fits into the frame groove.
The protrusion acts as a stopper during fastening work, making it easy to work with.

The protruding inverted 90 degree Brackets
can also be used when the frames intersect.

■ 90 degree Brackets allowable load concept

As shown in the diagram on the left, two frames are set up, a frame is placed between them, and two 90 degree 90 degree Brackets are attached underneath, showing the allowable load per unit.
The allowable load here refers to the load that the 90 degree Brackets can maintain in position (without breaking or slipping) when all mounting holes on the 90 degree Brackets are fixed with bolts and a load is applied.

How to install a bolt with spring washer (additional processing: SEC) of 90 degree Brackets

■How to install 90 degree Brackets for aluminum frames that come with spring washer bolts (additional processing: SEC)

This product requires more care when tightening than other series of sets with bolts equipped with spring washers, as the bolt heads interfere with each other.
We will introduce how to install this product.

STEP 1 Installation order

Of the two holes, install through the hole mentioned above.

STEP 3 Adjust the position of the bolt spring washer

Then, press down on the spring washer part of the bolt with your hand.If you leave it in this state when tightening the remaining bolts
, the heads of the previously tightened bolts

STEP 4 Tighten the hex bolt.
Finally, tighten the hex bolt by twisting it.

As you can see, care must be taken when installing the spring washer.
If it is difficult to pre-tighten one side, we recommend using the following product.

Change the bolt without changing the 90 degree Brackets:
HBLFSD8-SET(change the bolt and nut set that can be used for additional processing)
