AC Motor Rollers - Standard/Waterproof Specification (Part Numbers)

Unlike regular rollers, this conveyor roller has a built-in motor and reducer. Since there is no need to provide a separate motor space, it helps save space in automatic conveyance equipment.

(i)Caution

The specification for MOR42.7 type motor rollers will change for orders received from September 1, 2021.
Although the characteristic values (Input [W], Rated Current [A] and Rated Speed [m/min]) will change, the influence that this has on usage will be negligible.
The external appearance and dimensions, etc. will not change.

[ ! ] Since MORS has a sealed structure, the speed, tangential force, and torque will be approx. 10 to 20% lower than the values in the table.
[ ! ] MISUMI does not sell conveyor frames or motor rollers with brakes.
[ ! ] When controlling the speed with an inverter, take torque reduction into consideration to design.

[ ! ] When the power is not on, this product can be turned by external force or by hand, although there is some resistance from the gears.
However, this is not recommended as there is a risk of damaging the gears.

IP65 protection rating has dust resistance, protects against jet water (general water flow), and has a waterproof structure that allows it to be completely washed.
Highly hygienic.
