[What is a punch for punching thick plates]
・Recommended when punching high tensile strength materials and other situations where you are concerned about damage to the punch brim.
[What is RW coating]
・It is a coating with higher hardness and higher heat resistance than TiCN. Furthermore, WPC treatment is applied to the base to strengthen the adhesion of the coating film.
・Compared to TiCN・HW, it can be expected to have a significantly longer punch life and contribute to reducing mold maintenance costs.
