This is an R/taper integrated pilot punch that features both a smooth tip shape and highly accurate overall length tolerance, and the punch holding part and tip positioning part have the same diameter. This is effective when the installation pitch of the pilot punch is small. Various TiCN-based and DLC-based coatings are applied.
